I have been using Airtel network since 10 years. For past 3 years I have been facing coverage issue in my office but I ignored as I have other phone which is provided by my company. Recently my Airtel changed my mobile calling plans without any notification after calling the customer care the first representative said that my plans was deactivated on 20th August 2014.
So I said how come Airtel deactivated my plans without my consent, so he tranfered my call to Umesh but he said that my plan was deactivated on 16th August 2014 and msg has been sent to me on the same day but I said I have not received any msg about the plan change. So I requested to escalate my issue to the higher authority but he gave a cell number(9987234865) of the manager and said to call him tomorrow between 11 to 5. I was shocked when I heard Airtel been such a big company doest have the Customer service manager 24/7.
Such a pathetic experience. Airtel sucks and time to move to other service provider. Recommend not to use Airtel Network at all.
