By the time jio was not in the telecom field airtel rules over telecom industry.but after jio people switch .my personal experience with airtel is great my firat sim and till now iam using it .the network coverage and network strength is good if I talk about airtel 4g so it give me goos speed more than jio but the drawback of airtel is high data plans .in calling iam bit satisfied with airtel I never face call drop issue but again drawback of airtel is high calling rates .in terms of customer care support I give 2 star out of 5 becz they take long time to respond keeping in hold . So in overall way airtel is good but bit expensive
