AIrTel is the worst Cellular provider in the whole world
I really dont know how A.R Rehman agrred to do commercial with them, maybe they must have paid him and hefty amount
If I start couting their problems this page will go in to ’n’ numbers of pagination
let me brief you some of them
do they have qualified customer service or they just put any tom, dick and harry into that job.
network connection is pathetic, I dont know how they show 2 people playing chess over the phone, that too when one is travelling in an train. I never got clear voice signal when I was in the train
Cost of the making calls and sms is too high from other service providers
Any service is sibscribed, even if you dont request, then the battle begins to unsubsribe from that service( whick takes atleast 15 days )
Hope someone from airtel reads this and bring 1% change in theor services
