Airtel known for the best network of India. But in the tv only in the advertisement. All fake. I am in place rural area near sri ganganagar. The airtel is my first priority but at different places it show its colors. In the area wher I live in hostel. The network is too worst I don’t know why this problm comes.many time I called coustmer care and they say they will look into it but they only look but do nothing. Just we have to go to outside the hostel for network coverage and for Internet. What to say. No help by the coustmer care. When I was at home the network is tooo good but when I again returned to my hostel the same problem I need to find network.the network coverage should be equal.
In my room the network comes and go all the time. Like if anyone one lucky then he came reach to me.all the time we have to ran towards the network. At the time of digital India we have to suffer with this. No help by operators.
