Guys don’t go with the name Airtel.the worst network I had ever seen.They are cheating you every time.At first I want to tell about calls, It is for them who have half am hour to make a call.
Call-
1.Call drops many times
2.1Paisa/2 seconds is a fake promo.I recharge this and after make a call of 2.30 minutes, I check my balance it drops 5 from 10.I was quite amazed.When I call customer care they told me that I was not recharg with it!but I have proof of my recharging.I was quite disappointed that day.
3.I call one number but it goes another number.I face it many times.
4.Sometimes the network bar shows full tower but call shows emergency call only.
Internet-
1.I recharged with 3G but its speed is very low.
2.One day I recharged with 1 gb internet 3G but when I check my balance it shows 750 MB.Then I called customer care but they Said they cannot find the root of problem.
3.Sometimes its lost connection.
4.You cannot saw any movie or video patiently.Its buffering over 15 minutes.
Customer care-
1.I am disappointed here very much.I have many problems on the sim that can be solved by the customer care.But I was amazed that when I tell any problem they cut the phone.
Overall I am amazed, disappointed about this leading operator Airtel.
I sugest you not to buy this dun.There are many leading operators.try those.
