My first sim is of Airtel. Today I m going to share my experience, which really upsetting.
Its has the worst network. first you never get range and when you do, you don’t get speed. The call dropping happens frequently which is frustrating. The messages don’t get sent quicky. When someone is calling you, they always get "Aap jis grahak se sampark karna chahte hai, woh simpark shetra se bahr hai.", and you have to hear your friends complain about it the next day. The internet speed is slow as well, it takes a lot of time to connect.
The customer service people are very polite, and listen to your complains. But its not-satisfying as you see no action being taken by the network.
They have very exciting plans, data packs, message pack, recharge offers which are not very expensive but you can’t get most of it as there is no range or speed.
