Well, my intention is more to show my anger on the Marathahalli customer service center. This is just diagonally opposite to Bimal showroom on Whitefield road.
This is the closest Airtel centre for people in KR puram area. I have been here to give my address verification document, recharge my prepaid, pay my wife’s post-paid bill etc.
Everytime I go I have some problem or the other with these guys customer support. Some examples. All of these happen most of the time or can also be said as ALWAYS!
Prepaid recharge: These guys have no patience to do the prepaid recharge and keep saying the server is not working etc. All other place the recharge happens but only here the server is not working. KIDDING and trying to FOOL!
Post-paid bill: If you go there at 7 pm you can see the shutters down to half. Then you barge in they say come tomorrow morning sir, we have already closed down. The staffs argue that we are not even paid one rupee more if we work after 8, then why should we work. BOLD ENOUGH! BETTER THAT YOUR MANAGER WILL TALK TO YOU!
There is one muslim guy and one muslim lady, very arrogant. I dont intent to mention the religion, but to identify the person in case the management reads this. The support staff are also the same. The mariamma lady is very very rough and tough to talk also. She scolds the customers, May be its ok for others, but if you are sensitive you will feel sleepless for a night or two.
MANAGEMENT SHOULD SERIOUSLY REVISIT THIS CENTER AS THERE ARE ALSO SOME PORCH FLATS AND HIGH CLASS PEOPLE AROUND.
Let me cover briefly about the office pack from Airtel(RS.99)
I had a tough time activating this package, after hours of call(paid one) I had resolved this. The Edge network is not useful and works only when it wants. Basically it does not work most of the time. It works mostly during night. Day time only 10-20% useful.
The 3G is also pathetic except night. Even this has the same speed of 2G during the day and does not work consistenly. But during night after 11, I observed 2 or 3 times by accessing youtube, it was pretty good, the whole video of 10 mins buffered in 2 mins. But remember it was working only well during night and only 10-20% during the day.
