Using it fir last 3 years since then I hv only once visited to the customer service centre.
Network strength is always good no problems dyring calls or sending messages.
Data connection speed is totally awsome on 4g as I m using a 4g portable hotspot for myself as my phone doesnt supports 4g but the portable hotspot gives a super fast browsing speed n buffer less videos in youtube @480p.
call plans n talktime plans are also great with it
