Rude customer service that wont take you seriously

Every month I get billed 100-150 rs for downloading some video pack which I never download airtel doesn’t ask me before debiting my account.


I just get an sms from them that I have been charged they do cancel it every time, but its a lot of hassle. And then I am told its my mistake to tap on pop ups while browsing.


I just got it cancelled for this months bill, but the representative was so rude that I decided to complain against him to higher ups.


i was kept on hold for 15 minutes, the representative kept on checking in between whether I am still online. he just wanted to tire me up.


At last someone came, said my complaint will be entertained and kept me on hold again....he came back after 5 minutes and with basic politeness said sorry.


No idea who talked to me and whether I will be taken seriously.
