Me and my wife have been using Airtel prepaid for last 1.5 years in which we have already submitted our documentation thrice. out of which twice at their Customer Service center in Pune. Recently my wife travelled to Jaipur and all of a sudden her connection stopped working. On checking with Customer Service I was told it has been disconnected as documentation was not there. I was frustrated on hearing this and said "Aap log paagal ho kya - teen baar to submit kiya hai". What followed was an excellent reply by them as well. "To jaa 4 baar kar. Kya samajh rakha hai. Tumko information chahiye de raha hoon. Teen chakkar lagaye na . chal jaa chautha bhi laga".
Also a visit to their Customer Service center will make you feel unwanted in this world and asking yourself why did you force yourself on Airtel.
