Airtel is one of the most promising network and a no. of customer it has, but as I am using this operator from about a year, I can say the service provided by Airtel is worse, because there is no network coverage here at my locality, I always need to go at the top of my house to find the network, and its been years in such conditions, even after complaining about the service issue there is no response by the customer care and support. Yes but in hill areas at my workplace it works good sometimes, but the network strength provided by airtel is not so fast as they show by saying india’s fastest 4G network, other mobile operators works good and faster than the Airtel. Also as I observed that from the few months its internet speed goes on decreasing. The charges and billings put by Airtel are just normal nowadays like other mobile operator, but the service provide by it is more bad.
