Airtel Mobile Operator

I am a regular customer of Airtel Maharashtra for more than an year.

But from last few months I am facing following issues with my FRIENDZ pack scheme.

1. My outgoing call rate in my friend’s group is 1Rs/min which is supposed to be 10p/min.

   
   




2. One day my balance was deducted from 133 Rs. to 54 Rs without usage.

   
   




3. Another day my balance was deducted from 18 Rs. to ZERO.

   
   




4. My call rate on Local Airtel in Happy hours(10pm-8am & 3pm-5pm) is 1Rs/min which is supposed to be 10p/min.

   
   




5. I have made 30 calls to Airtel CC & visited their Relationship Center 7 times in last 2 months & had been assured (FAKE) that problem will be solved.

   
   

Airtel staff just gives assurance. NO ONE PROVIDES SOLUTION.

DON’T USE AIRTEL. It will make you cry later

understand how much dissatisfied customers are.
