Airtel is one of the leading network service provider. I am using Airtel postpaid connection for 3 years and I have a bad experience about Airtel connection. Its online application is very good and excellent. But its network is very poor. I am from Kolkata Behala location and I face big issues of network drop. When I am at home there is no network tower shows in my handset. I complaint serveral times but still no resolution. It works good in the heart of the city but very poor service for out of the city. And sometimes during voice call there is no sound coming from other end so we have to cut and recall again. This type of problem makes very disappointed.
