Hi, iam really irritated with Airtel services because of lot of reasons. Since years I was using airtel service. But whenever I call to their customer care for some reason the executive will explain something and wind up the call and if we call customer care again the second executive will come with extremely different explanations. I asked them which explanation should I believe from airtel executive firstly. So what they will do is simply diconnect the call. I have taken lot of complaints to get 4g or 3g from them. So some executives will say that my site is under development and it will take 3 weeks time to solve the issue. The second executive told me 48 hours and third person told me just 24 hours. So I decided to port my network and send them the request. At that time I got a call back asking the reasons and all. I heard their network is very fast in cities but they should provide good service to customers living in villages too. And I didnt still understand why I must take a new sim if the tower does not support 4g/3g.
