I am having 4 connection for airtel, 1 dth connection and 2 for phone and 1 phone for 4G wifi hotspot.
For phone and dth is good but for wifi every state is different speed which is not good, In TV ads it will work anywhere in a world with the same speed, but ty-ty-fish in other state.
Every time have to call customer service in phone banking while using write IVR options, but the call goes DTH department, which is again its not good, most of the agents were sleeping and giving wrong info.
Don’t know any thing. For roaming plain I had call once and it was told me that roaming is free from any network and phone but they charge for landline, . When I went to airtel store, they said that I had called to international number that’s why it got charged, that was my native U.P. num, I clearly informed that I am not having any international pack, they dont know the difference b/w international and indian num, which is again not good.
