I have renewed Internet pack on my mobile with Rs.155 and after 1 hr, Airtel has again deducted the same amount of Rs. 155 for Internet pack on the name of auto renewal.
Senior customer care executive from Lucknow center is saying that I cannot either return your wrongly deducted amount nor launch any of your complaint.
This is against the TRAI guidelines too. Please help me to get back my wrong deducted amount. I do not have any complaint number as Airtel executive hasn’t launched my complaint.
