I am using Airtel postpaid connection for past 7 Years, Today somehow my mobile got locked and asking for PUK code, I called Airtel customer care through Airtel Pre-Paid connection,
First I called 121 and the Customer care executive asked me to make a call on 9845012345 and did the same, Again the same answer from 9845012345, he said that call on 121 and select option 5, did the same. Now the customer care guy said that "You have to call from Airtel postpaid number only"
I do not understand, how can I get PUK code if I do not have any another post paid with me. I even requested the guy to transfer the call to Postpaid customer care, he said that is also not possible,
I am really pissed of using Airtel, and will definitely switch the connection to other network provider.
