Airtel---an Example of poor customer service-

I’m having a prepaid connection  from last 3-4 years. The over all service is not good, but I kept the connection as don’t want to change my number as I shared with all my clients, friends nd family members. Now they start a practice that if somebody calls us, they wont get me in line, telling a computerized message, and in our mobile getting a Msg that I have a missed call, to get this no, activate this service & charges ll be so nd so....Even though


They are charging for value added services with out my request. Recently I rcd an SMS asking me to resubmit my documents otherwise they’ll disconnect my connection. When I called the customer care, they ask me to submit the same as it required as per TRAI. the next day I submitted my passport copy along with the photo & I filled a new application form at their office in Indiranagar, Bangalore. When I ask for an acknowledgement, customer care people told me, it is not possible to issue a receipt as there are n number of people in the queue and we are only limited executive to serv all of these customers. When I insist for receipt, their senior officer came and issued an acknowledgement to me.


I’m keep on getting messages asking me to submit the documents again & again. When I called the customer care, they ask me to ignore those messages. I ask them that on what you ask me to submit the docs again as I have the receipt as the proof of submission. I thank god that I insist for the receipt. Still I’m getting SMS telling that as per their requirement, they haven’t received my docs and they are going to disconnect the connection.


Now I plans not to leave this people... But I don’t know to whum I need to file the complaint???? Anybody can help me out??  Pls mail to me joshymkurian@gmail.com
