WORST EXPERIENCE - AIRTEL

I had my first experience (that too worst !!) with Airtel in Bangalore. They are literly making fool of their customers. I got a new prepaid connection, without making any calls they keep on deducting Rs. 2 daily. When asked to the customer care, I was told that this is for some service where Airtel to Airtel SMS costs less. I asked them to deactivate the service, but after having talked to Customer Care 4 Times, they have done nothing..simply telling you, the customer care people even do not know what to do to cancel this service ..this is simply a matter of shame for Airtel



Also, By default such services should not be pre activated. This is simply equivalent to stealing money from customer’s pocket..


If a cellular operator can not have a good customer firendly and service, they can not survive for long time in such competetive market.


Definitely I m not going to use this Airtel Number any more.. would go for Hutch which has excellent service in Delhi (Used for 3 years in Delhi)
