Problem after SIM Replacement

My Name is Amit Kumar Das.


My Airtel mobile number is*.


I am a prepaid customer of Kolkata circle.


After doing sim replacement I’m facing some problems in my number* as stated below:


1.Not able to access*121#, *141#, *400#, *222# services. Getting error message "Error occurred(538). Please try after some time."


2.Not able to send any outgoing SMS.


3.Not able to receive any incoming messages.


4.Slow GPRS Internet speed.


5.Did not get benefit of 500 MB data with validity of 30 days even after 48 hours of recharging with Rs.33. The said offer should have been activated within 24 hours of recharge.


Edit: Problem is now solved by Airtel.
