2G on Airtel is like a holiday in a warzone. NOTHING is good about it. don’t ever think of wasting your dime on this so-called operator. Extremely poor network coverage. Rampant and irrevocable activation of VAS/downloads. the customer care is worse than any government office. They just keep dilly-dallying the matter as long as they’re making money. Only when u threaten to migrate will they think of acting and an awful IVRS to top it all. the balance goes one paisa below rupees 10 and every call is greeted by a maniacal voice screaming in your ears that you should recharge. I could have used many colorful words for these people but will abstain.
