The important thing I noticed from Airtel is that if at all if you are a postpaid customer very promptly they will send the monthly bills and even if you want to get out of airtel connection they will make you nervous by sending the bills even after the connection is cancelled and also with the acknowledgement issued by the authorised dealer or company, very very confusing . As far as the network is concerned it is very poor and not at all worth buying the same. They claim that they are the market leaders but I don’t know from which angle they claim themselves as market leaders, maybe in more connections, they have sold to people. But as far as service is concerned they are last and call charges they are costliest.
over all a very ordinary company.
