My first call was made to one of a Airtel customer care executive around 10:00 am yesterday and the complain was regarding the poor internet connection received from my end since fortnight. That particular conversation went for an hour. Soon after that call, there was a complete internet connection black out and my internet services got stopped. Since then I have spoken to almost 10 customer care executive but none of them were able to deal and resolve the problem.I tried replacing different sim cards in my Blackberry leap phone and found my phone is working perfect. Since more than 24 hours my internet connection has got stopped due to which I am in suffering. I regret of my decision switching over to Airtel connection from Idea cellular and found more unfortunate of switching over to post paid from the pre-paid connection of airtel network.
The incompetent customer care executives were unable to connect me with their technical teams out of my continuous request. These people know how to fool the customers by convincing them with wrong commitments and only with a purpose to add up more customers into your companys pocket. Still not a single call was made by Airtel technical team to resolve my problem. I have suffered a huge loss. Life sucks now!
