Number one cheat company in India.Many a times I tried to recharge my airtel number from my airtel app and amount deducted and recharge doesn’t happened. I also tried to get my problem resolved with the help of customer care but they are so pathetic that they only talk in a roundabout manner and didnot provide any solution and they had the highest charges for calls internet etc but thanks to jio after their launch. airtel is on their dessent. I wish the company to be shutdown and that would be a lesson to the cheat airtel.
