I’m using Airtel Mobile service for the last 2 years. But recently, since April’ 08, I’ve been facing lot of Call drops. Earlier, to this there was absolutely no problem on any part.
I stay in Austin Town area of Bangalore which is about 2 kms. from Brigade Road. I’ve been complaining to Airtel since May’ 08, and till now, my complaints are open - means unresolved.
When I’m repeatedly complaining, they say, it’s only me who’s complaining about the Network congestion and nobody else. So, please I request all the people who are residing in and around Austin Town to register a complaint if you’re facing Network problems.
The signal will be full, but we can neither call or receive any calls. All calls will be connected but - BLANK. This problem is very severe in Austin Town. Even my friends who visit my place are facing the same problem. And I’m staying on 3rd Floor for your information. In other areas in and around Bangalore, the quality of Airtel has dropped to atleast 60% to what it was earlier.
Many of my friends are complaining of the deteriorating Network of Airtel, but how come Airtel is not noticing?
