Airtel has started a new service on 51111. Its a Kannada music portal. I just dialled the number and listened to it for a few seconds and cut-off the line without doing anything else. Next day I got the message that I’ve been subscribed to their channel and Rs 15/- have been but from my a/c.
This is blatant cheating. I blasted the customer care about it, but they said they can’t do anything about it. Others I know were also cheated the same way. Beware of the service. This is unfair practice.
Airtel should be sued for this. Going to complain at a higher level.
