Airtel fleecing their customers

Airtel is now fleecing customers big time to keep its profit and loss account healthy. What they do is they start certain services on their own in any ones mobile. Or they create a loop through messages so that the services is switched on. And they will start the service deducting the amount from the prepaid users account. I have heard this from almost all the users of Airtel. The prominent service in this list is missed call alert service .


And the biggest catch in such service is that once they start, they will keep on deducting service charge until you have time to speak to their lousy customer care which is again chargeable and tell them to stop the service. The service unsubscription number that they provide never works either. And even if one does that he has already lost the one time subscription amount   .
