I am using Airtel postpaid connection for last 7 years. My average bill used to be in the range of Rs. 4000-6000 per month. Because of the same reason they ranked me as their platinum customer and recently solitaire customer.
Initially their service use to be good. But off late it is the worst service I ever seen. They become so arrogant, not responsive to complaints and more than anything else their network coverage is one of the worst I am experiencing in Delhi and NCR.
Airtel has become very big so they do not understand problems faced by the customer.
I don’t recommend anyone to go with Airtel.
