Bad experience

After seeing tremendous advertisements for airtel 4G, I decided to try for it and I purchased a sim through a retailer, not direct service point. Initially, one id proof was sought, then next day another, and then another photo. It was delayed to be processed by the airtel representative in that area, by about five days. I wrote an email to their helpdesk, but got unhelpful response, asking for further details and in spite of providing all those, the connection wasn’t provided and I had to get refund and cancel the subscription, as a result.
