I have been using Airtel network since 5-6 years. The days now gone when Airtel used to provide first class network and customer services.
But from last two three year they have been doing worst. Even their APP My Airtel APP is not much optimized enough while checking data balance or some other sort of balances sometimes there’s a white screen and I also complained on other platforms but got no response. Internet speeds has also gone very slow even government company Bsnl can compete Airtel 4g and that too with Bsnl 3g as in my state himachal pradesh I have 3g coverage.
Jio is far better than airtel now as jio providing low price pack. and what airtel is doing launching there smart packs and increasing the price of their packs few days there was a pack of RS149 and now they changed it to RS169. These are very cheap ways to stay in competition. Airtel must do something in this regard otherwise everyone will leave the network like I am porting to Jio.
