Airtel network is so poor in city also in Kolkata everyday network problem also have call drop problem.sometimes call didn’t connect when network is full
Airtel customer service also poor I recharge a 4g pack but I didn’t get 3g speed .when I call customer care they told me my pH is not 4g supported but my ph is redmi note 3 and I live in a 4g network area
Airtel charges too much for 3g or 4g internet service
