I use airtel for the past 7 years, with the same number. The service is lousy, but I continue, Simply because my son (3 years) remembers the number well.
Now the latest. I have asked for a data card. The officer-customer service (Mr. Senthil Kumar)- chennai came and took all the relevant papers and money on 21th Sep. Then he vanished. repeated calls to his mobile numbers 98409 57836 went un-answered. Finally when I got him on 25th Sep, he simply said, can’t you wait . Please wait, we know when to give your data card. He was rude and abusive. I have never experianced this kind of behaviour from any company.
Then late in the night, somebody called from this number 9840925689 and threaten, if I ever complain, I will never get my money or data card.What to do. I have to wait for the number portability to come into effect, to change this arrogant , abusive organisation from my life.
