Hello everyone, today I would like to show you the real face of Airtel which is so-called India’s fastest smartphone network in their advertisements. I have been using AIRTEL for 4 months and I am highly disappointed by its services. I recharged my airtel number with Rs 398 pack which provides 1 GB 4G data for 84 days. But soon I realized that this is a big mistake of mine as this network is giving the speed of 3G and sometimes even poor than 3G at a gigantic amount of price of 4G network. When I reported this issue in their CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, they instead of solving their network’s problem stated that my smartphone is having some bugs due to which I am not getting high-speed internet. They are just fooling everyone from their false advertisements everywhere. Other companies are giving far better services than AIRTEL at a much cheaper rate. So I would recommend this to all people that don’t use this network as it only cares about making money rather than providing the high-speed network. I would personally suggest to everyone, leave this network as soon as possible before wasting your precious money on it.
