They will teach you how to go from bad to worse

Read my earlier review and to add to my woes ill tell you what happened the day before, I got an SMS from these guys asking me to recharge for 44 after which ill receive a talk time of 37 and the rest in 48 hrs. I fooled myself again thinking theses guys are good and did it but then to my disappointment it didn’t happen.

Thinking its a genuine error and giving airtel the benefit of doubt I called the infamous 121 and after 3 tries got through and was told to be patient my problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. the time passed and I’m writing this review please guys dont get this service these guys are crooks. Airtel is a consumer thief.

Where is TRAI under the bribe carpet!

Dear All, We have seen the birth of cellular networks in india and like many I always wanted to own one. So in 2005 I bought an airtel and thus started the saga of how bad these guys really are, which you will understand soon.

I bought a pre paid plan and in a short span of time I changed it to lifetime validity which worked well for me, the network coverage was excellent until a few months back in which these guys servers were gutted. Now starts the problems, as soon as I picked up the card I had vague balance deductions, on inquiring I found out that I had subscribed to them which I never did the only thing that I had subscribed too was caller tunes which I stopped because I really didnt know their charges and no one bothered to tell me.

International calls were dropped the first time if I was lucky(twice minimum if I was not) and then would connect and the call to the call center had a robotic reply saying the might be a problem with the connecting network. These are guys at the call centre are so dumb (is it because they are outsourced) that one cant help but get angry and even when you talk to them your call gets dropped thats like the last straw.

I have to live with the number till TRAI comes up with some new rules to retain the same number but change the provider and for all you know I maybe the first one to do it

Guys at airtel this one is for you, you can’t sell connections on AR rahmans Music alone
