I had requested the executive to disconnect my broadband connection as well as my telephone connection immediately.
There after my both the lines Broadband as well as telephone got disconnected. Regret to inform you that I am repeatedly getting calls from the executives asking me to pay the outstanding amount.
I am not able to understand when my connection was disconnected how they are sending me the bills every month to my emails only and calling me on my mobile every month and threatening me to issue a legal notice if I will not pay the total outstanding as on today. Please advise me whether I can file a case against Airtel and seeking for justice as well as penalty from them for harassing me mentally over phone every month
