AIRTEL- Welcome to the worst customer service.

Here I am back again. Hello to Airtel. You are giving me every single chance to be almost live Feeding on Mouthshut about the way you handle a customer’s complaint on CONSUMER FORUM?




  1. As stated in the last review I had mentioned things about how airtel is harrasing the customers. And i’ve registered an complaint against them in The National consumer court




2.So, then , in wake of taking action airtel posted a update ofcourse FAKE on consumer forum that they decided to contact me MULTIPLE times and that they need alternative no. To contact me .( THAT IS JUST HOW MUCH THEY ARE INTERESTED IN A CUSTOMERS PROBLEM)




  1. First thing , Yes, I got a call, but, one single call from them- just 1 in last three days. I am attaching a screenshot. Of that call, which luckily I couldnt recieve.




4.After that, I called that no ( Mobile no.) , within a few minutes, After atleast a dozen attempts I stopped .the no was off everytime .




  1. I dropped a text to that number, no response.




NOW-


What I infer from all of the above is.




  1. if you cant reach me after multiple times( which is completely madeup) .i seriously want to say- AIRTEL network sucks.




This proves it.




  1. I repeat - you never tried contacting me. But Updated on consumer forum that you did.




You are CHEATING on everyone.posting updates that arent correct.


3.If we still consider everything is my fault and not yours- how about an idea of dropping me a simple TEXT to informed that you called ? !.
