Airtel's worst customer service now-a-days

Whenever I contact airtel customer care for any problem, I get different answers for the same question that is being asked and the problem is never being solved. This is the situation now-a-days. My recent problem was I decided to change my network from Docomo to Airtel.


I submitted the necessary documents and hence was informed that the Docomo network would be disabled and the new one would be activated within a week, but the previous network was disabled, but Airtel was not activated, it is now more than 20 days meanwhile I had visited the Chrompet customer care office once in 3-4 days (i.e. more than six times), every time 24 hours is demanded for the work to get completed, still the problem has not been rectified. Now my impression is that docomo is much better than airtel.


Finally my thought is that customer care centers as well as customer care call service in airtel is totally waste.
