The customer service center has no clue

My mobile no 99808-40955 required a change of SIM card. The card got delivered at 2.30pm, By 6pm, they deactivated the previous SIM but never bothered to activate the new one. The delivery guys contact no is 99455-06927


Now the saga started - first it is hard to get customer service from their site if you want to dial from any non airtel no. then when you dial, they take all steps in IVR to not let you talk to customer svc rep. I called up 4 times and every time had a different response to the problem.


Finally gave up
