The worst customer care ever. I was not able to receive internet settings in my Samsung Google Nexus S, and guess wht the customer care tells me. THAT MY PHONE IS NOT COMPATIBLE FOR INTERNET! I
I didnt know whether to laugh or cry. I dont understand why people who do not have the capability of even handling phones are there to help us. Then I emailed them both to customer service and their NODAL OFFICER but in vain. This is the worst service provider and much too costly. So it is best to avoid using Airtel service provider.
And guess what rule these dumbheads have?
YOU HAVE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TIMES YOU CAN CALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. i.e. ONCE.
