Airtel mobile operator was one of the most trusted and convinent but now it is giveing very bad network connection.
most of the time it gets disconected while doing a phone call.
And the 3G service is getting worst day by day it gives a very slow speed as compared to other network such as vodafon or jio.
In the remote areas such as villages there is no proper connection after the open network service given by the airtel it is going in process but it didn’t have any major effect in the public.
Customer service is also far behind as compared to other network because airtel is not providing direct call you have to go through the computer who will be talking to you and it has a long process and then you will be able to talk to a real person and by the time lot’s of the time will be wasted and people always get’s iritated.
If we talk about the the call charges of the airtel it is good or we can call it average but the data charges is very high especialy the 3g data servise and even it is not providing a proper speed.
so Airtel network operator is not good for the people who need a high speed data servise.
