The reason I am writing this review is, so that something at higher level from Airtel can get this and some genuine efforts is taken towards it.
I started using mobile phones from 2005(used almost all the operators), then in 2010 started be Indian use Indian innitiative at my personal level.
So started using Reliance network, soon after few months due to many of the network issue I faced, I switched to another Indian brand AIRTEL(as it was the best available network in the market). it was expensive, though affordable( as the network was good).
Then for the next few years things went well.
But since last 2-3 years, I am facing this issue.
And I raised many complaints against this. They did worked in improving-got a lot service calls-visited my place for network check-suggested mobile/sim change- but nothing could resolve my problem.They gave me many discounts on my bill to retain me.
And I am still with them and one of the privileged customer to them as my bill use to vary from 2000-5000 a month.
I have suffered drop pf many important calls and mainly using internet I had suffered( as many my important financial transaction was held in between).
Incase its been reached to Airtel, its my request to work upon this. And after the launch of JIO, I have seen more disappointment with Airtel.
