I am using airtel from past 10-12years I guess so . During that time I was genuinely naive about other networks . This is only network available other than BSNL .
But later When I was 12 grade better came to know about other networks and their tarrifs and found Airtel charging higher rates . But I still didnt change my network and continued to used .
But , In recent years I was disgusted with network and regular deduction in my balances without providing proper info . Customer service is not satisfactory . The tarrifs could be brought down .
I cannot reccomend anyone to pick . But still I cannot change my network . After all it is emotional bonding for long years !
