Why is it taking you guys so long to evaluate a 4 month statement?(the data for which has been provided by you)


Why the hell am I as a customer suffering because of delay in response from your end?


Delay is first sending me the data that I needed to understand the charges that you have levied on me.(took you guys 45 days to send me the information I needed)


Delay in responding to the statement that I have sent to you.(it has been 4 days).


AND FURTHERMORE, WHY ARE MY SERVICES BARRED WHEN YOU GUYS ARE NOT SURE OF THE CHARGES THAT ACCORDING TO YOU I HAVE TO PAY?


YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SUCH CUSTOMER SUPPORT
