Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote

I have been using Airtel Connection for the past 1 and half year. As soon as my connection was activated I send a request to cust care asking for the Paper Bill to be stopped and E-bill to be activated.


Surprisingly, the paper bill service was stopped immediately but till date the E-bill Service has NOT been started inspite of SEVERAL complaints/requests.


Every time I call up at 121 some of the representative assures me that the service will be activated! God Knows when it will be activated. Really I am FED UP of these same kind of replies every time I call up 121.


Like a fool I have to keep a track on my own bill by logging on to airtel.in and paying the amount on time to avoid late charges.


Can u imagine a big company like Airtel who has brand ambassadors like Kareena, Saif, A R Rehman does not have time nor priority for it’s customers.


I really want to discontinue using Airtel now and switch to some other Cellular Service. At time I wonder what exception did I ask from Airtel that it is so difficult for them to fulfill it:)


However I have no issues with the network coverage, but the customer service is PATHETIC!
