Past 10 days I had no signal in my office . i.e 90% times No Service else 1 bar where the other person cant hear me. Complained in Airtel Open Network, after around 9 Days the technician finally shows up and verifies the same . And the technician said he will Increase the tower frequency which should increase the signal strength . By evening I got a call from the nodal officer saying that The frequency was maximised but still I am facing issues, hope that in the future when towers are upgraded the signal may get better . SO now I am stuck with terrible signal and this is the response I get from Airtel who claim to provide World Best network with the fake Open Network Guarantee of providing Network in places it isn’t available. I requested for an Airtel Signal booster and they said that we do not meet the minimum billing requirements for the same, me and my company being more than 10 years with Airtel is not at all important to them all they care is how fat my bill amount is . The nodal officer even finally agreed that I can Port to JIO as it gives excellent network in my office . So don’t fall for Airtel Open network gimmick, don’t fall for Airtel, a company which does not value customer relationships isn’t worth anything .
