It Has Been Now The 24 Hours Still I find No Response From Urside !!!

Good Morning, This is Regarding Some Of The Major
Concerns That I Would Like To Get Them Resolved With Your Company. I

The Unfortunate Luck By Getting Me Rather Suscribring Me For The AIRTEL
MOBILE NO. 9810459076, With The Customer A/C NO . 102-100891086.Here Is
What All I Had Been Through With AIRTEL.
(First Month)--- The Journey Started As Smooth As It
Should Have Began, I Got The NO. Activated On The 16th Of Sept 2004. I
Got The First Months Invoice No -223329545, And The Invoice Dated
03/10/2004. Due Date 18/10/2004.I Payed The Bill For Which I Got The
Confirmation From YourSide Through SMS.
(Second Month)--- The Worse Nightmare Started , The
First I was Told Rather Got the SMS From The Customer Care Department
That My 2nd Months Bill/Invoice was Rs 423.17.---FINE. I Was Ready To
Pay The Amount, However I Did Not Recieve Any Kind Of The Invoice For
That Month.I Then Spoke To The Customer Care Department Related To The
Invoice For That Particular Month.
I Was Told By The Customer Care
Department That I Will Be Getting The Invoice Within Next Five Days,
These days Passed , I Called the Customer Care Department Again For The
Invoice , They Told Me Second Time , As The Reason Being The Festival
Months The Bills have Got Dellayed. I Excepted The fact, Now It Was
20th Of The November, When I Still Did Not Recieve My Invoice I Called
The Customer Care Department Again And This Time I Spoke To The (Team
Leader) and the Agent (Vipul), To My Surprise They Told Me That My Bill
Was Send To Me At My Billing Address On The 14th Nov 2004. but It Was
dropped There As The Premise Was Found Locked, Which At All Was Not
True The Reason Being The 14 th Was The Holiday, However I Again Placed
The Request For The Duplicate Invoice, Which I Recieved Towards The End
Of The November.
Under The Invoice No As The 233297472, Bill date ---
03/11/2004.I call The Customer Care Department again As The Reason
being That I Was Told Not To Pay the LATE FEE, I RECONFIRMED THAT WITH
THEM They Asked Me To Pay The Rs 423 Only And the Rest Late Fee Will Be
Waived OFF. I Payed The Bill For The Same.
(Third Month)--- One Fine Day I Got One Of The SMS From
AIRTEL Hello Tunes, That My Subrcription For The Hello Tunes Is
Suscribed, However I Never Did That Using My Cell Phone , I called The
Customer Care Department Again, Spoke To One Of Ur Agents, They Told me
That This Will be Taken care Of. Next Morning (I Got Another) SMS From
Ur Side That GURBANI Tunes From Me Has Being Updated, That Was The
Worse Thing I Had Been Through, I Called Up The Customer Care
Department They Assured Me That I Will Be Updated With The Action
Taken, And I Will Be Reimbursed The Amount For The Same.
WHAT I HAVE BEING DOING FOR LAST THREE MONTHS
1 - Each day I Have to Stay in The AIRTEL Customer Care Department Quee
Waiting For Someone To Speak To Me.
2 - Waste More Than The half Time Of The Work.
3 - Getting Myself BLACKMAILED By U.
4 - Physical And The Mental Torchure.
5 - Writing Emails To The Customer Care Department
WHAT I HAVE GOT
1 - The Worse Ever Nightmare From U.
2 - Getting The fake And False Promises From Ur side Each Time I Call.
3 - Customer Care Department Treates Me As The Stupid , Bastard.
WHAT I WANT
1 - PLEASE GIVE ME FREEDOM FROM THIS
2 - GET MY BILL CHECKED UP
3 - REIMBURSE/WAIVE OFF THE LATE FEE AND THE ADDITION FEE FOR VALUE
ADDED SERVICES.
4 - TRAIN UR Customer Care Department AGENTS HOW TO TALK TO THE
CUSTOMER.
I Know That I M Not Gonna Pay The LATE FEE & THE
ADDITION FEE FOR VALUE ADDED SERVICES, BUT If Still That Will Reflect
In My Next Bill I Will BE Forced To Disscontinue From Ur Services.
Please Make Sure That The Some Action Is Taken This
Time.
