My friend jokingly said "Airtel 121 service is manned by ghosts". I recharged my airtel number using Airtel app through Gpay on 14th April, 2020. Although the transaction was sucessful, there was no reflection of recharge in my airtel account. Then after waiting for a recharge reflection for a few days, i tried to contact airtel customer service 121 but failed to contact their support assistant. After sucessive failure, i switched to email. They replied my email after a few weeks but they did not resolve my complaint till date. Seems like going to the mars will be easier than availing their customer service. Their service is awfuly strange. Besides all these, their preferential treatment for postpaid customer is ridiculous. This is my advice to all prepaid customers, Beware of Airtel.
