When I recharged my airtel mobile on airtel website, it gave me a message stating that the transaction failed. However, I got a SMS from the bank stating that the recharge amount, Rs.200/- has been debited from my bank account. When I contacted the bank, they told that it will get refunded in a minimum of 30 min to a maximum of1 day. However, it has not been refunded even after 4 days. The transaction number is: 409871. Whose fault is it? Will Airtel respond and resolve the matter as the amount stands debited still?
