I was customer for Airtel mobile networks in India Bangalore for almost 7 years. Recently I converted my mobile as pre paid connection from post paid and submitted required document to the Airtel outlet but after some time after activation of my connection I received sms saying I need to produce some document regarding my connection but I could not do it because I was travelling and tried to submit in chennai but they did not accept it but now they have disconnected my number totally I had some Rs 185 as balance they have taken that amount also. I tried speaking to customer care they are not responding properly.
Now last my number, MFB run this company.
