Aritel network coverage is good , but billing and customer service is BEST in the worst category.


They kept me on hold for 65minutes in phone once and later 40 minutes twice...


After making payment also the barred my connection 5 times in a single week and I need to speek all the people list frm manger to all excutive ... For that I need to speek to n number of your excutive .... no give the proper answer and they activate in the eveing and by the afternoon my connection will inactive with any communication and no proper way to speeking does not know by your FOS


once upon the time it was great and I have change my Hutch number to Airtel becoz of good service and now i am planning to cancel my 2 connection


And no update of new product thr SMS ,


Dont hold the customer in phone for longtime
